The Basic First Aid course offers a hands-on learning experience, covering a wide range of essential topics, including:
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR): Participants will learn the latest CPR techniques to assist individuals experiencing cardiac emergencies.
- Wound Care: The course will cover methods for managing various types of wounds, from minor cuts to more severe injuries, ensuring proper care to prevent infections.
- Emergency Scene Management: Trainees will be taught how to assess emergency situations, prioritize care, and manage the scene until professional help arrives.
- Choking Procedures: Instruction on how to effectively respond to choking incidents in both adults and children.
- Shock Recognition and Treatment: Understanding the signs of shock and the appropriate first aid responses to stabilize the individual.
