Vancouver, BC – If you’ve ever wondered how a film is made, now’s your chance to learn the ropes from industry professionals. The Vancouver Film School (VFS) is hosting a two-day immersive workshop titled Creative Break: Film Production – Cinematic Storytelling on March 17-18, 2025. This workshop is a perfect introduction to the art of film production, providing participants with the foundational skills needed to tell compelling cinematic stories.

The workshop is part of a series offered by Vancouver Film School during Spring Break, and it is open to young filmmakers aged 15-18 years. Students will explore the Film Production program’s one-year accelerated education model, learning about how the school’s curriculum prepares students for fast-tracked careers in the film and creative industries.
