Blind Tiger Comedy is offering an exciting opportunity for those passionate about comedy to take their skills to the next level with the Intro to Improv 2 course. Starting Sunday, March 2, 2025, this 5-week intensive will help you hone your improv abilities under the guidance of professional comedian Devin Mackenzie. The course runs every Sunday from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM at 120 Princess Avenue, Vancouver, and is open to those who have completed the Intro to Improv 1 course.
The focus of this course is on developing dynamic, compelling scenes and characters. Students will learn to create memorable improv scenes by committing fully to their characters, leveraging their status, and bringing variety to their offers. Sincerity and commitment are key to making any improv scene captivating, and this course will give you the skills to do just that.
The Intro to Improv 2 course includes two live performances, where students will have the chance to showcase their newfound skills in front of a real audience. These performances provide invaluable experience for those looking to advance their improv career or simply have fun with friends. By the end of the course, students will be prepared to move on to the Intro 3 / Advanced Scenes 1 class, where they will develop advanced scene-building skills and learn to work seamlessly with a scene partner.

Accessibility
The venue is accessible from the street level with no steps at the main entrance. A side door is available with a level entryway.
Show Day Information
Performances take place on Wednesday evenings at either 7:00 PM or 9:00 PM. The exact schedule will be sent during the first weekend of class.
