Coquitlam, BC – March 7, 2025 – Place des Arts invites you to a unique art event, pARTy@PdA: Mixed Media Self-Portrait, on Friday, March 7, 2025, from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM PST. This fun, engaging event celebrates self-expression, diversity, and creativity through mixed-media art. Whether you’re an experienced artist or a beginner, this event offers a relaxed atmosphere to explore your artistic side and connect with others.
Participants will create their own self-portrait using a variety of mixed media techniques, guided by professional instructors. The event encourages self-reflection and personal storytelling through art, making it a meaningful experience for all attendees. Supplies are included, but participants are asked to bring a printed image of their face (headshot) in a size no larger than 8 x 10 inches to guide their artwork.
