Led by Sabrina Evertt, an experienced Expressive Arts therapist and facilitator, this workshop offers a blend of writing, drawing, collage, and other creative practices. The goal is to deepen self-awareness, address challenges, and create lasting tools for personal transformation. Whether you’re revisiting your resolutions or simply looking for space to cultivate change, this workshop provides a supportive environment to reignite your creative spark.
