About the Event
Chef Glenys Morgan will guide attendees through an Irish-inspired menu, showcasing hearty dishes that bring the flavors of the Emerald Isle to life. The evening will begin with Harp Lager Cheese Soup with Oatmeal Soda Bread, a smooth and hearty soup made with Irish Cheddar and finished with crumbled bacon, paired with fresh bread warm from the oven.
Next, guests will enjoy an Apple-Cress Salad with Cider Dressing, highlighting Irish apples and cider in a light, refreshing salad. For the main course, Guinness-Braised Short Ribs with Horseradish Glaze will steal the show, offering rich flavors of Guinness and tender beef. The Modern Colcannon, a creamy and garlicky twist on the classic Irish dish of potatoes, leeks, and cabbage, will follow.
To finish the evening, indulge in a decadent Dark Chocolate-Whiskey Cake with Jameson Caramel Sauce, a perfect dessert pairing whiskey with rich chocolate, topped off with salted caramel sauce.
