Chef Luis will guide you through preparing a delicious menu, including ceviche, quesabirria, homemade corn tortillas, and coconut flan for dessert. Menu:
- Ceviche de Mango y Camarón: A tropical shrimp ceviche marinated with citrus juice, mango, avocado, and cilantro, served with crispy tortilla chips. A perfect light starter.
- Quesabirria: A Tijuana classic, these tacos feature flour tortillas filled with rich birria-style beef and melted cheese, served with a side of flavorful broth.
- Corn Flour Tortilla from Scratch: Learn how to make your own tortillas from scratch! Chef Luis will guide you step by step, and you’ll never want store-bought tortillas again.
- Flan de Coco: A delicate coconut flan, a popular dessert across South America and the Caribbean, rounding out the meal with a sweet tropical finish.

- In-Person/Phone Registration: To avoid Eventbrite fees, you can register directly with the store by calling (604) 939-6200. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, or gift certificates over the phone, and by cash or debit in person.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event.
- If you cancel after 72 hours, no refund, transfer, or credit will be issued, but you can send someone else in your place.
- The class may be canceled if there aren’t enough participants, and a full refund will be issued.
